Beta Terms of Use

Access is invitation-based, limited, revocable, and intended for evaluation by approved real estate investment operators. The beta period shown in the workspace controls unless Krova AI extends, suspends, converts, or ends access.

Users may connect or import only data they own, license, or are otherwise authorized to process. Users may not use Krova to scrape protected websites, evade access controls, violate provider terms, obtain unlawfully sourced contact information, or misrepresent a data source.

Krova provides research, scoring, analysis, offer preparation, and CRM workflow support. It does not authorize automatic seller outreach. Users are responsible for reviewing each record, approving each offer and CRM action, maintaining consent and suppression records, and complying with telemarketing, email, privacy, fair-housing, licensing, and other applicable laws.

Scores, values, ARV assumptions, repair estimates, exit analyses, seller angles, AI outputs, and offer structures are decision-support materials. They are not appraisals or legal, tax, lending, brokerage, investment, or financial advice. Users must independently verify property identity, ownership, title, condition, debt, taxes, value, rent, zoning, permits, and deal terms.

Generated summaries and document drafts are internal, non-binding working materials. They are not contracts and must be reviewed and replaced or approved by qualified counsel and the responsible parties before use.

Users must protect passwords, integration credentials, exported records, and devices; restrict workspace access to authorized personnel; and promptly report suspected compromise. Account sharing outside the approved organization is prohibited.

Users may not use the service for unlawful discrimination, harassment, deception, unauthorized surveillance, abusive communications, security testing without written approval, service disruption, reverse engineering prohibited by law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Beta features and third-party data may change, be delayed, contain errors, or become unavailable. Source coverage depends on public agencies and separately licensed providers. Krova AI may modify or suspend a connector to protect security, legal compliance, provider relationships, or data integrity.

Krova AI may suspend or revoke access for security concerns, misuse, expired trials, provider violations, noncompliant outreach, or breach of these terms. Suspension may revoke active sessions immediately.

The beta is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for every acquisition, communication, representation, and transaction decision made with its assistance.
